The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for live online events run by Leadership Success.
Leadership Success Pty Ltd is a company headquartered in Sydney, Australia, and supplies its services worldwide. There are no other related legal entities operating outside of Leadership Success Pty Ltd ABN 56 124 760 256, ACN 124 760 256.

Payment and refunds
Prices include VAT (where applicable).
As Leadership Success Pty Ltd is an Australian company no VAT applies for purchases of live events and coaching services made by individual purchasers. Where the purchaser is a company, these services are subject to reverse charge rules. You, as recipient of the services, are liable to account for VAT to HMRC.
Payment in full is required in order to purchase a ticket to a Leadership Success event. Anyone who has not completed payment and purchased a ticket will not be admitted to the event or receive any follow up information regarding the event.
Subject to any rights you may have under law, Leadership Success can only provide a refund of ticket fees in limited circumstances, such as where the event is cancelled by Leadership Success, or Leadership Success materially fails to provide the event offered.
Image release
You consent to Leadership Success, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing your image/ likeness taken during live events. Leadership Success may only use these images for promotional, news, online/ multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for Leadership Success. You agree that you are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties, or any other payment from Leadership Success in respect of your image/likeness or its use. You release, discharge, and hold harmless, Leadership Success and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should you not agree to the above image release, you must advise Leadership Success by emailing service@leadershipsuccess.co
Intellectual property
Any and all goods, services, products, programs, files, documents, data, services, components, know how, confidential information, trademarks, business names, domain names and property including but not limited to intellectual property shared by LS before, during or after the event will be and remain the exclusive property of Leadership Success.
You can store or print this information for your own personal use but cannot use this for any commercial purpose unless you have express permission from Leadership Success.
Limitation of liability
You are responsible for any loss, damage, liability, cost (including legal costs) and other expenses that you or your agents incur in connection with your attendance at the live online event. Any physical or mental damages incurred to you or your agents is at your own risk.
